The holidays are upon us and undoubtedly, so are family gatherings. But what can you talk about with Uncle Tony when religion, politics and twerking are off the table? We’re here to help with some topics you can discuss at your holiday get-togethers that won’t get you into trouble.

  • Elf on the Shelf. You can debate whether to do it or not, but frankly, that could end in fisticuffs. Instead, debate the funniest ways to execute this burgeoning holiday tradition.
  • Best holiday movies. Is your #1 favorite the Charlie Brown Christmas Special? What about Rudolph? Take a look at this top 100 list and see where your favs rank.
  • What Does the Fox Say? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, click here. If you care to know what the fox actually says, the ABC affiliate in Redding, California has your answer. After watching that you can debate whether or not legitimate journalism is dead. And then you can discuss who’s buying your nephew the book version of this viral video.
