Matt Rogge, Senior Copy Writer
What is your favorite part about what you do?
Proofreading. It’s just plain fun catching mistakes. And then correcting them, of course. And then pointing them out to everyone to show what a good proofreader you are. And then gloating.
If they made a movie of your life, who would you want to play you and why?
That little dog from “Fraser.” His work on that show was impeccable. I always wept when he was on camera. It was his eyes—so evocative! Of course, I should mention that my bio-pic will be a silent film, shot in black & white in the expressionist style. Oh, and dogs would replace human actors in a disturbing landscape of jagged shapes and flashing lights. The dog actors would mostly reenact playground scenes from my youth. That’s all I can say because I’m still writing the script and I’m only at page 826.
If given one hour to do whatever you wanted, what would you choose?
Playing the piano and singing along with my hound dogs.
